The Premiere Self-Care Workshop for Teens in Central Pennsylvania
The Creative Wellness Workshop is the first of its kind, though it is hardly anything new. Developed for teens, this self-care workshop is designed around universal practices and wisdoms that are proven to heal, reset, and restore connection. With meditation, appreciation for nature, and a sensory exploration of the creative process at its core, students will explore and practice self-care tools that promote a lifetime of overall wellness.

How it Works
Each workshop takes place in person for 2 hours each week over 8 weeks. Students are expected to continue their practices on days between workshop hours.

1-on-1 Workshops
1-on-1 students meet each week individually to experience a personalized approach and tailored curriculum.

Group Workshops
Group workshops enjoy a structured approach within a community setting. Collaborations with schools, youth and mental health organizations, etc., are welcome and encouraged!
