Creative Wellness Workshops are designed to fill the gap between school, family, and community services that leave many teens without meaningful guidance in their mental health outcomes. The Create-A-Group program is easy to integrate into schools and organizations interested in expanding their resources. Create-A-Group workshops are also an excellent way to spend time with your friend group around self-care, creativity, and connection to nature!
Led by a compassionate, trauma-informed educator, each session combines mindfulness, creativity, reflection, appreciation for nature, and nervous system regulation tools to support emotional well-being and personal growth. Students will be expected to continue their practices throughout the weeks in between workshop sessions. It is the hope and intention of Creative Wellness Workshops that students will continue their self-care practices throughout their lives.

Participants under 18 will need permission from a parent or legal guardian before joining the workshop.

Workshop sessions meet once per week on Zoom at the coordinated dates and times of the workshop.

Create-A-Group Workshop pricing will vary, depending on the number of participants, between $240-$480 per person. Groups must contain between 6-12 students.
